Shipping & Delivery

Our store ships to more than 185 countries with free standard shipping on all items sold in our online shop.

Estimated Delivery Time is between 7-60 days depending on delivery country and item size, larger items require longer delivery times. Some countries have varied customs processing times which will increase delivery times, shipping options are also limited for some countries. We always try to ship using an ePacket when we can for fast under 21 days worldwide shipping, however some countries don’t offer this as an option and so we have to use slower postage options which can stretch delivery times to 60 days. For some of our products we offer express postage as an extra cost however this can get expensive for large items across the globe.

Address Format
Please make sure your shipping address is correctly formatted for worldwide shipping as we can’t be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. Unless specified we ship to the address you placed in the checkout form.

Customs
We are unable to control or offer assistance in the customs process of your country as it is out of our reach. Different countries have different tax rules on imported goods and you may have to pay taxes or fees on the item to your customs office. As the majority of our products are small gift items of less than $100 value this customs fee would be marginal if anything. If items are detained by your customs office after the shipment has left our base country, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items which may involve taxes.

Note for Brazilian customers
Due to Brazilian government requirements please include your CPF number in your order. If you do not include your CPF number we will be unable to ship to you as the package will be seized by your local customs department.

Payment Methods

Payment methods include PayPal, Credit/Debit cards and popular cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum & Litecoin.

On site credit/debit card payments are performed through the Stripe gateway. 256bit SSL encryption is forced on the checkout page to ensure your personal details are secured.

PayPal is a safer, easier way to send and receive money online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make a payment.

PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit/Debit Card without needing a PayPal account or paying any extra fees. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

1) After viewing your items in your shopping cart, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will be automatically redirected to PayPal’s payment page.
2) You can sign in to your PayPal account, create a new account, or you can add in your details as a guest.
3) Once you’ve checked your shipping address details are correct and paid successfully you will be redirected back to our store.
4) After this you’ll receive a payment confirmation from PayPal and an order confirmation email from us. Once we process your order you’ll be sent a shipping confirmation email.

Note: Usually, PayPal e-check takes 3-5 business days to be confirmed by PayPal. Once confirmed we will process your order. For immediate order processing pay using a valid credit or debit card.

The reasons we suggest you use PayPal:

Payments are traceable. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment.

When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number, which will eliminate the risk of unauthorized use. You also don’t need a PayPal account to pay with a credit or debit card.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. We guarantee that our products are delivered within 75 business days.  The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 2 days. If you have purchased anything on The Watch Collection but didn’t receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.

The estimated delivery time for orders on The Watch Collection varies greatly between 7-60 business days due to the different shipping methods available for different countries, customs processing periods also vary greatly between countries. Due to the fact that shipping time may vary depending on factors beyond our control, we’ve established a guaranteed period for delivery of 75 days.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of The Watch Collection (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of The Watch Collection
4. We will not refund your purchase if you’ve changed your mind or don’t like a product anymore
5. Postage will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping. Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes or sizing problems. In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (75 days) has expired. You can do this either by sending a message on our support page or through your PayPal account transaction.
